Job Description
TLC House & Pet Sitting Service a premier petsitting company in Chandler Arizona seeks experienced and responsible adults to join our team as Pet Sitters for overnight stays Dog walking and Vacation visits. We are looking for parttime sitters with flexible schedules. For example retired and looking for extra work a Teacher looking for on major holidays a graduate student or you work from home and have a flexible schedule. Able to work evenings or only mornings and midday or only want overnights. We are flexible.
This independent contractor role centered on customer service and pet care requires a high level of trustworthiness dependability and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have prior pet care experience and a genuine passion for animals wellbeing.
Location: You must reside within a 5mile radius of the following zip codes to be eligible:
South Chandler Tempe and South Gilbert
Tempe:
Chandler: 85224
South Gilbert:
Time of Day & Service: Based on your availability you may have multiple visits during a time frame
Daily visits: 6 am9 am 11 am2 pm 3 pm5 pm 5 pm 8 pm (visit range from 15 minutes to 60 minutes)
Overnight visits: 7 pm 7 am
Compensation & Advantages
Earn $500 to $1500 per month paid biweekly based on your schedule (availability and type of service(s)

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care for pets during overnight stays and vacation visit
Follow detailed care instructions to maintain pets regular routines
Administer medications and adhere to special dietary requirements if needed
Engage pets with playtime walks and affection
Maintain cleanliness by handling minor housekeeping tasks (cleaning up after pets washing dishes)
Provide regular updates including photos to pet owners
Report any concerns or emergencies to both TLC and the pet owner
Ensure the safety and security of both pets and clients homes
Uphold company policies including maintaining client confidentiality
Requirements
Previous pet sitting animal care or related experience preferred
Strong understanding of pet behavior and care needs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation to clients homes and for any required errands
Ability to pass a background check and provide references
Basic technology skills for communication and scheduling
