Job Description
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring Parttime Banquet Servers to play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for guests attending banquet events. This position involves coordinating and serving meals and beverages maintaining cleanliness and providing outstanding customer service in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and serve all food and beverage items to banquet guests in a proper efficient and friendly manner.
- Follow all alcohol safety standards including checking identification to ensure legal drinking age.
- Uphold cleanliness standards for assigned service areas and shared spaces.
- Perform prebussing duties during the dining experience to maintain clean tables.
- Perform financial transactions and process guest payments accurately and efficiently (if applicable to the event).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 3 years of banquet serving experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a variety of settings including climatecontrolled banquet halls and potential exposure to smoke and noise on casino floors.
