Le responsable qualit et satisfaction clients garantit la qualit de la prestation dlivre par le Centre de Contact Client (CCC) incluant Otis Line le Ple Technique et notre soustraitant de prise dappel.
Il est galement Chef de projet li la transformation de la relation client.
Au cours dune journe type vous devrez:
Piloter le Soustraitant de prise dappel (respect du contrat KPI compliance des process)
Piloter la qualit de prestation du Centre de Contact Client travers la mise en place daudits qualit et de lanalyse des rclamations
Animer et manager la dmarche qualit et EH&S de lentreprise au sein du Centre de Contact Client
Participer et piloter les projets inhrents la qualit et la modernisation de la relation client.
tre force de proposition et innovant pour mettre en place les outils de gestion et de pilotage afin dassurer lamlioration continue du service
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour russir :
tre diplm dun Bac5 (Commerce/Relation Client) ou exprience professionnelle sur un poste similaire
Justifier dau minimum 3 ans dexprience
Maitriser les outils Microsoft 360
Faire preuve de leadership et savoir travailler en quipe
