Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health PA Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. As a Clinical Coordinator BCBA we invite you to bring your clinical programmatic and administrative skills and experiences to Devereuxs clinical team. The Clinical Coordinator provides supervision and oversight for psychological services to Individuals by members of the Clinical Team in assigned residential and community programs. Coordinates clinical services with Residential and Work Training staff. Coordinates Behavioral Treatment Programs and provides clinical supervision to predoctoral interns externs and practicum students. Assists the Director of Clinical Servicesin coordinating Clinical Programs for the Center. Provides quality control for the delivery of clinical service

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Masters degree in ABA (preferred) Psychology Education or related field.

Board certification from the BACB required.

Completion of a supervised internship in ABA preferred.

Experience presenting professional work at local regional or national functions preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of five 5 years experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions within the context of a multidisciplinary treatment team process.

At least three 3 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities autism or brain injury.

At least three 3 years of experience in supervising candidates toward the successful completion of a BCBA.
