Are you passionate about crafting delicious pizza and creating fantastic dining experiences We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Pizza Maker to join our friendly hospitality team! At our vibrant pizzeria we celebrate the art of pizzamaking with fresh ingredients traditional techniques and a dash of creativity. As a Pizza Maker you will have the exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our bustling kitchen preparing mouthwatering pizzas that bring smiles to our customers faces. We pride ourselves on maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere where teamwork and communication are key to our success. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to menu specifications
- Toss stretch and shape pizza dough for optimal quality
- Assemble pizzas with toppings sauces and cheeses in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pizzamaking area
- Handle and store ingredients properly to ensure food safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
- Keep track of inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a pizza maker or relevant culinary experience
- Knowledge of various pizza styles and cooking methods
- Experience handling wood ovens
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
