As a Data Analytics and AI Engineer you will work with Palantir and other AI programming tools like Python and Typescript to build and deploy datadriven solutions across our healthcare system. You will be responsible for developing and managing data workflows analyzing large datasets and integrating AI and analytics solutions into realworld applications. This is a handson role that focuses on executing analytics use cases from start to finish supporting endtoend development of analytics applications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field required.
23 years of experience in software development data engineering or analytics roles required.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python SQL and Typescript for building analytics applications and managing large datasets required.
Proven ability to translate broad business concepts into effective and scalable data solutions required.
Experience in developing data models and performing data analysis required.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment delivering impactful results while maintaining highquality standards required.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders required.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with designing scalable and efficient analytics frameworks preferred.
Handson experience with analytics platforms and tools including performance optimization and data visualization tools preferred.
AI and LLM Aptitude: Strong curiosity and foundational understanding of AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs) machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) with a willingness to apply and deepen knowledge in these areas preferred.
Experience collaborating with senior leadership IT and business stakeholders to address strategic challenges preferred.
Familiarity with AI and data science platforms such as Palantir Dataiku DataRobot or similar for developing and deploying datadriven solutions preferred.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar for translating complex data insights into actionable userfriendly visuals preferred.
Certification in Palantir AI platform (or the ability to obtain it within the first year of employment) preferred.
