Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and developing highperforming teams Hilbish Ford is on the hunt for a seasoned Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to take the reins of our dynamic BDC team. Were looking for someone who thrives on challenge leads with purpose and knows how to turn leads into longterm relationships.

Your Mission asBDC Manager:

  • Lead and energize a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to meet and exceed performance targets

  • Coach mentor and develop team members through ongoing training and support

  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities

  • Set and track performance goals making realtime adjustments to stay on target

  • Elevate the teams performance through effective prospecting and communication strategies

  • Leverage CRM tools to track lead activity conversion rates and team metrics

  • Drive innovation by integrating market insights into the teams daily workflow

  • Jump in where needed no task is too big or too small when it comes to growth

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role (Automotive BDC or salesrelated required)

  • A natural motivator who can inspire teams to reach new heights

  • Resultsdriven with a laser focus on metrics and performance

  • Techsavvy and fluent in CRM systems analytics tools and sales platforms

  • Strategic thinker with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

  • Passion for building processes that improve conversion and customer experience

  • Must pass all preemployment background screenings
