As a Intellectual Property Technology Transactions Attorney Vice President Assistant General Counsel in the Intellectual Property Legal Teamyou will structure and draft IP terms across a range of technology agreements including IP licenses SaaS agreements and M&A transactions. This position provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate with business partners drive innovative solutions and provide strategic legal advice in a dynamic environment.
