Title: Team Supervisor
FLSA: Full Time Exempt

Headquartered in Pennsylvania TLC operates across multiple states delivering K12 alternative education comprehensive mental and behavioral health services coaching counseling and traumainformed training. TLC also partners with school districts universities hospitals police departments and other nonprofit organizations providing consultation to secure federal and state grant funding.
Position Summary:
The implementation of Intercept offers a unique opportunity to become immersed in an evidencebased program model to serve youth & their families. The Intercept program serves a broad population of youth and families including those involved with multiple child serving systems and those at high risk of removal from their families. The program specializes in diverting youth from out of home placements by helping their families safely maintain youth in their home environment. This position manages program operations by focusing on effective planning and marketing quality of services effectiveness of staff customer relations interviewing and hiring implementation of training implementation of quality management and employee recognition and motivation. This position may assist in activities related to program growth and securing ongoing funding to sustain the program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies and procedures for operational management and clinical aspects of the program.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with social service mental health education judicial managed care professional staff and community entities.
Planning assigned and directing work.
Address complaints resolve problems and ensure that young clients are satisfied.
Participate in meeting with leadership
Monitor program for sound financials by caseload management and management of expenditures.
Assist with community presentations and special events and contract negotiations.
Education and Experience:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology Counseling Social Work or related field or
Bachelor degree in related field with five 5 years of experience in a social service environment.
