The Clinical Analytics Specialist will support all business units within Mosaic Health and is responsible for analyzing clinical data generating insights and supporting the development of reports that enhance patient outcomes operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations. The Specialist will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including clinicians data engineers and administrators to improve clinical performance through data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret clinical and operational data to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop dashboards reports and visualizations using analytics tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI SQL Python R).
- Identify trends and patterns in healthcare data to improve patient outcomes and operational
- Support quality improvement initiatives by evaluating clinical performance metrics and benchmarking against industry standards.
- Ensure data integrity accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA HEDIS CMS).
- Collaborate with IT clinical teams and leadership to develop datadriven solutions for healthcare
- Assist in predictive modeling and risk stratification efforts to enhance patient care management.
- Document methodologies findings and recommendations in detailed reports and presentations.
- Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in clinical analytics.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Analytics Data Science Public Health Statistics or a related field
- 23 years of experience in clinical analytics healthcare informatics or data analysis in a healthcare setting
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) claims data and healthcare quality reporting preferred
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Qlik
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and tools such as Python R or SAS
- Understanding of healthcare data standards including ICD10 CPT LOINC and HL7
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics in a healthcare context is a plus
- Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to nontechnical audiences
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment
- A commitment to providing excellent service to internal team members and patients
- High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Physical Demands
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists hands and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
