Amazon is looking for talented Postdoctoral Scientists to join our Postdoctoral Scientists will innovate in key areas of the Pricing and Promotions Central Science team for a oneyear fulltime research position building new experimental design methodology for testing pricing algorithms with large complex datasets.
A postdoc with the Impact Intelligence team will tackle stateoftheart experimental design questions for our rapidly evolving experimentation platform. There is a publication expectation for this role with the postdoc producing innovative methodology at the bar of leading conferences in the field.

In this role you will:
* Work closely with a senior science advisor collaborate with other scientists and engineers and be part of Amazons vibrant and diverse global science community. * Publish your innovation in toptier academic venues and hone your presentation skills. * Be inspired by challenges and opportunities to invent cuttingedge techniques in your area(s) of expertise.
* PhD in a relevant field received within 2 years of starting the program * Proven publication record in Machine Learning Robotics Computer Vision AI Computer Science Econ Operations Research or other related technical fields * Experience in data science and quantitative research * Proficiency in technologies relevant to the subfield
* bility to independently deliver results in a fastpaced environment * Publications at toptier peerreviewed conferences and/or journals * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Expert knowledge in modeling and performance operationalization and scalability of scientific techniques and establishing decision strategies
