Hanna Resource Group (HRG) a growing human resource consulting firm is seeking a dedicated smart and personable Human Resources Consultant to join our talented team!
In this role youll serve as a trusted advisor and HR leader for our small and midsize clients providing strategic guidance and handson support across a wide range of industries and workplaces. If youre passionate about people strategy and making an impact this is the opportunity for you.

What Youll Do
- Lead and manage all Human Resources functions for client organizations.
- Assist with HR assessments and develop customized reports and strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies procedures and strategic initiatives.
- Engage and influence leaders at all levels becoming a trusted partner.
- Support and coach client managers and supervisors with employee relations issues.
- Assist with recruiting talent acquisition and new hire onboarding.
- Provide daytoday HR support for clients including but not limited to:
- Benefits administration
- Training
- Payroll processing
- Performance management
- Employment law compliance
- Workers compensation administration
- FMLA and leave administration
- Employee relations
- Manage and work within client HRIS systems.
- Develop and deliver training for clients HRG team members and community partners.
- Manage multiple client accounts in a fastpaced peoplefirst environment.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
- 5 years of HR experience.
- Consulting mindset: professional clientfocused and knowledgeable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations (multistate experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accounts and deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS management (multisystem experience a plus).
- PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP certification strongly desired.
- Experience supporting small to midsized organizations is a plus.
