The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing businesspartnering support to Contracts Directors and heads of departments in planning and analysis functions and support Senior Finance & Admin Manager. Reporting on month end deliverables budget and forecast activities for the building division.
Qualification:
Experienced CA/SA.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience within Building / Construction environment/industry.
Sound knowledge of IFRS and Taxation rules.
JDE/Oracle system experience.
HFM experience advantageous.
Experience working with TDS or similar system.
Project cost Reporting.
Advanced Excel skills.
Fixed Asset Management reporting.
Industry understanding and experience would be advantageous.
