Sounds great what will I be doing

As ourFrontend Engineering Manageryoull lead a multinational team of up to five ensuring highquality deliverables while collaborating with Engineering and Product Directors. Youll mentor colleagues across two Frontend stacks drive innovation and integrate solutions into a cohesive system.

Its also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So youll need to be flexible comfortable with continuous change and working in a hightempo environment as we grow.

What do I need to bring with me

Youll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You dont have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that youre willing to learn. Heres what the team will be looking for:

Proven professional experience as a senior engineer or team lead.
Track record of delivering successful nontrivial software projects and experience with full development lifecycle from ideation to production deployment.
Strong fundamentals around web protocols browser architecture and APIs frontend frameworks and performance optimisation.
Handson approach and ability to gain quick insight into the technical and data problems.
Experience with React and the Typescript programming language is a must have.
Experience with a serverside language / framework such as Java C# Python Go or is a nice to have.
