Job Description

The Engineer/Senior Engineer Projects role will handle the Project Management / Order / Engineering and Documentation for MSOL Products. Order / Project Management in MSOLP POR and asset management / Customer coordination / Internal coordination for order etc.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Meeting Sales POR
- Maintaining RDSL / PDSL
- Inventory monitoring
- Key responsibility of Project techno commercially.
- Kick off meeting with Sales team and Kick off meeting with customer for understanding the project strategy as per customer requirement and satisfaction.
- Expertise to prepare the project documents like project schedule manufacturing schedule and Project status reports for customer satisfaction.
- On time PR documentation completion and expedite its approval.
- Preparation of complete Bill of Material for order entry and Manufacturing as per approved PR documents.
- To meet sales target for financial year in terms of monthly shipment target.
- To improve delivery of services to customer to avoid LD and optimize the project cycle so as to motivate customer to give repeat business.
- To keep finished goods material inventory as per target.
- Feedback to customer & regional sales team for progress of sales orders.
- To improve customer loyalty by giving proactive services to internal as well external customers
- To coordinate & make successful inspection of customer orders with proper documentation.
- On time completion of final documentation in required sets.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Minimumof 1 to 3years of proven experienceinProject Management.
- Familiarity with the Instrument Data Sheets and Specifications International Standards for Hazardous Flammable Areas Ingress Protection Codes
- Knowledge & experience in reviewing and understanding the EPC End user specification require
- Should be systematic and an assertive character. Must be able to manage complex situations under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in technical environment.
- Ability to handle MS Office applications like Word Excel and Power Point with ease.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
