Job Description

Looking for an interventional cardiologist to assist with hospital rounds STEMI call and procedures(Heart caths and TEE) at Nebraska Heart Hospital only during the week and NHH and St. Elizabeths on Location: Nebraska Heart HospitalSetting: Specialty HospitalFTE: PRNDuties: Responsibilities would be rounding at Nebraska Heart Hospital during the week and rounding at NHH and St. Elizabeths on the weekend. Occassional clinic if needed. Night call would be Monday and Tuesday nights off night call on Wednesday and Thursday nights and then night call Friday Saturday and Sunday. An APP will assist with rounds and admits at the hosptial. Occassional nigh APP help is Procedures: Heart catheterizations with stenting TEEsEMR: EPICSupport Staff: APP on both night and day coverage (occassional nights with no APP help)Reason for Coverage: Loss of an interventional cardiologist. Decrease call burden for current cardiologistsDeal breakers (do not present this): must be able to read ECHOS Credentialing Information:Timeframe: 30 60 daysRequirements: NE licenseCredentialing with other facilities St. Elizabeth and NHHBilling enrollment Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less: NoCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSBoard CertifiedSTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSNebraska
