As Product Operations India Lead for the Product Experience and Technology (PXT) organization within Chases Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) you help us drive change and improve the Product Operating Model at scale. As the local lead you ensure that Product Operations employees who report to managers outside India have the local support and oversight they need to thrive.
Job responsibilities
- Be an operating model champion to/for the India community; be a strong local change agent for Product Operations initiatives
- Connect operating model uplift efforts across the organization that have synergies or may cause each other unintended consequences
- Explore specific op model domains (org structure process metrics tools culture) to identify needed changes or best practices that should be propagated
- Assist in creating solutions for ineffective or missing org structures processes metrics tools or cultural behaviors
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish global standards where necessary
- Partner with Product Operations leads to implement tools training and communication for operating model improvements.
- Communicate changes to the operating model with authenticity and humor to various stakeholders.
- Address resistance and change fatigue with empathy maturity and effective change techniques.
- Provide local oversight of 20 employees who report to managers in other locations
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 15 years of work experience including leadership roles in largescale Agile/Product transformations and operating model design
- Handson experience with software product development as a product manager software engineer or Agility Lead (scrum master)
- People leadership experience (we are unlikely to consider candidates with no management experience for this role)
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives
- Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies in large complex matrixed organizations
