Job Description
Senspex in Rio Rancho New Mexico is seeking to hire an HR Assistant for our Rio Rancho Department!
The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with various professional level administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations in the organizations Human Resources department. This person supports HR and other departmental and functional business units. This position carries out responsibilities in the following HR functional areas: recruiting and staffing onboarding and termination actions employee training file management employee relations benefits administration employee performance management and tracking procedure and process writing compensation planning policy implementation and employment law compliance. This position is key to the success of the HR department and may be the first point of contact for external customers/vendors/visitors.

What youll get to do as an HR Assistant at Senspex:
- Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting screening interviewing onboarding
- Build strong candidate pipelines
- Ensure smooth onboarding process
- Maintain employee records benefits and payroll
- Handle HR inquiries and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide administrative support to HR team
- Manage office operations and scheduling
- Serve as the first point of contact for Senspex calls and visitors
The qualifications we require:
- Associates degree or currently obtaining degree in related field preferred
- 12 years experience in any fields relating to Human Resources

Other requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work within the United States
- National security clearance: This position may require obtaining a U.S. DoD security clearance. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance in order to work on projects/programs
- Must possess acceptable forms of identification under the REAL ID Act
- Must be able to successfully pass a preemployment background and drug test
