Job Description

Now Hiring: Early Childhood Administrative Coordinator at The Burke Foundation Early Childhood Center

Are you passionate about early childhood education and community impact Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same YWCA Princeton is looking for a missiondriven Administrative Coordinator to support our growing early childhood programs at The Burke Foundation Early Childhood Center (TBFECC).

This is more than a job its an opportunity to shape young minds empower families and make a lasting difference in the community.

What Youll Do: As a key member of our team youll serve as the goto person for all things related to the early childhood programs. Youll balance bigpicture planning with daily program operations including:

  • Leading before and aftercare coordination enrichment programs and family communications.
  • Supporting classroom needs and ensuring state and licensing compliance.
  • Managing enrollment systems attendance records monthly newsletters and reports.
  • Acting as a welcoming frontline representative for families and visitors.
  • Advocating for families and children with additional needs.
  • Organizing fun inclusive events like Book Fairs and multicultural celebrations.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Childcare finance and marketing teams for highquality programming.

What You Bring:

  • CDA or 9 credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with technology and data systems (Excel email enrollment platforms).
  • A warm approachable personality with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with young children.
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire).
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
