We are seeking a Sr. Manager Product Management Technology to lead our product strategy development and to reinvent shopping discovery. In this role you will define the future of product discovery that leverage GenAI and LLMs. You will manage a team that partners with crossfunctional teamsincluding engineering design science analytics and PRto develop innovative creative shopping experiences that enable customers to discover products matching their Interests and needs.
A successful candidate will be able to articulate and drive a strategic vision work crossfunctionally across key stakeholders manage a team and partner with dedicated engineering and science teams to deliver AIpowered shopping experiences that save customers time and effort. They will have a consistent track record in taking on endtoend ownership and successfully delivering results in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment. This leader must have strong written and verbal communications skills the ability to manage and influence others and strong crossfunctional leadership.
The right person has high levels of customer obsession strong technical judgement demonstrated ability to build scalable teams and products and is skilled on working with crossfunctionally across key stakeholders and partner with dedicated engineering and science teams to on behalf of customers.
Key job responsibilities
As part of this role you will:
Lead the vision definition and delivery of GenAI based shopping experiences to drive customer engagement loyalty and revenue growth.
Manage a team of product managers developing their careers while maintaining high standards of and delivery.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering science product management UX design and business stakeholders to define and execute a product roadmap to deliver upon these features and experiences.
Lead the endtoend product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development to launch optimization and scaling.
Work back from our customers by learning from their feedback behavioral measurements and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the impact of personalized search experiences identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for personalization and drive product strategy.
Communicate effectively with partners and senior leadership including both technical and nontechnical audiences to present new product ideation product strategies progress updates and business recommendations to drive alignment and create a buyin for Personalization initiatives.
Manage and develop a team of product managers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and customer obsession
5 years of team management experience
7 years of technical product management experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and nontechnical stakeholders and experience presenting to senior executives.
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.
Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research data and industry trends.
Bachelors degree or higher (ideally in a technical field such as computer science or engineering).
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Experience with Generative AI LLM and ML models
Proven track record of defining and building highly trusted brands visible to millions of customers in an eCommerce environment.
