Your Role
At Ingram Micro we power the worlds technologyand our operations rely on more than just automation. Behind every highfunctioning system is a team of dedicated professionals and were looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly.
As the Administrative Assistant for our fully automated distribution center youll be the right hand to the Director of Operations. Youll support both strategic and daytoday functionsmanaging calendars coordinating meetings preparing reports and facilitating communication across the organization. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on organization is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and knows how to keep things moving behind the scenes.
What Youll Do:
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel and logistics for senior leaders.
Prepare edit and distribute professional documents reports spreadsheets and presentations.
Assist with planning and of meetings including agendas minutes and followup action items.
Handle incoming calls emails and correspondenceensuring timely and professional responses.
Submit and track expense reports and other administrative documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Help coordinate communication and activity flow between departments and external partners.
Support project tracking reporting and departmental organization as needed.
What You Bring to the Role:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
2 years of experience in an administrative coordination or support role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); experience with SharePoint or similar tools a plus.
Excellent communication organization and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
Confidence and discretion when managing sensitive and confidential information.
A collaborative mindset and a serviceoriented attitude.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
