Local Delivery Driver CDL not required
WeatherBarr Windows and Doors of Fort Smith AR is looking to hire a fulltime Local Delivery Driver.
This delivery driver position earns an average starting wage of $16.56$17.38/ hour depending on experience. Hourly wage includes dependability program. You would also be eligible for fulltime benefits including medical dental and vision insurance vacation time holiday pay shortterm disability life insurance and 401(k) plan.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DELIVERY DRIVER
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand delivery documents and follow directions for deliveries
- Clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes
- Ability to lift and carry 80 pounds without assistance repeatedly
FIRSTSHIFT WORK SCHEDULE
This is a fulltime delivery position that works the first shift from 6:00 am 2:30 pm Monday Friday. Overtime as needed.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LOCAL DELIVERY DRIVER
As a Delivery Driver you do much more than just drive a truck. You are our job site representative for the entire company. Beyond loading and unloading materials and products our Delivery Drivers must demonstrate our commitment to customer service and satisfaction with every load every day. With attention to detail you accurately load products on to delivery trucks and semitrailers making sure the delivery load is complete and accurate. You love that you get to be physically active at work!
As a part of the customer relations team you have opportunities every day to demonstrate excellent customer service skills while making local deliveries to customers (within 150 miles of our store). You take pleasure in solving problems and enjoy work under pressure and being part of a team. Teamwork at our company means participating in team decisions maintaining good working relationships and supporting coworkers and our company goals.
Passionate about safety you eliminate or control unsafe conditions and work practices that you have the authority to control. You always use safety glasses gloves and hearing protection when in the manufacturing plant. As a cando person who likes to keep everything in order you get great satisfaction out of exceeding our customers expectations.
