Job Description

The Role: Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial wear many hats and work in a highly collaborative environment. As a Technical Program Manager you will be working with a team of engineers in design development test and deployment of a range of largescale backend platform services that are fundamental to our product. You should have an established background in designing and building highly scalable systems excellent project management skills excellent communication skills and the motivation to achieve results in a fastpaced environment.
Your team will work with a variety of core languages and technologies such as Java C/C C# Python Perl Windows Linux and AWS services. You will tackle challenging novel situations every day and will have the opportunity to redefine an industry while working with different teams across Amazon and Whole Foods Market. Along the way we guarantee that youll learn a ton have fun and make a positive impact on many people. Most importantly youll be contributing to our Higher Purpose of Nourishing People and the Planet!
5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
