Job description
Your responsibilities:
- You will be in charge of leading agile activities and perform operation activities in scope of the concerned team around 4 different parts
- Facilitation: Prepare and facilitate ceremonies workshops QAP etc
- Help to deliver: Follow activities raise and resolve impediments
- Support & protect the squad: create a safe environment and ensure efficient team spirit encourage feedback & continuous improvement
- People: coach and develop the Agile Mindset in the squad
- You will be also in charge to ensure that all deployments are carried out on schedule and to analyze all technical dependencies

Profile
Your profile :
- Masters in industrial IT Engineering.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as Scrum Master or Agile coach
- You have a good knowledge of the Agile framework & the Scrum methodology
- You have an excellent communication and like to challenge people
- You are a leader with a good organization and coordination skills
- You have an experience in deployment of business applications
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and in English
Technical Skills:
- You have a good understanding and experience in defining & managing automated batch workload in a multiplatform context
- You have a strong technology & multiplatform knowledge (Linux Unix & Windows)
- You have a good knowledge of Cloud and DynInfra.
- You have a good understanding of automated batch scheduling : Control/M Mainframe (jcl) & Distributed (scripting)
