ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
Join us for an exciting & rewarding opportunity to lead the Physiotherapy team in a purpose built 24 bed faststream orthopaedic rehabilitation service.
In this role you will join the St Vincents Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as a Grade 3 Physiotherapist in our Allied Health department at our East Melbourne campus.
This role will be maternity leave cover & is full time working 38 hours per week (potential for flexibility) and will be pivotal in leading & inspiring a fantastic team of rehab staff to provide exceptional care to our patients.
You will bring your passion to the role where you will work with a high functioning multidisciplinary team to ensure patientcentred excellent care & positive outcomes.

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Grade 3 Physiotherapist you are an expert team player with strong leadership & clinical expertise in the field of rehabilitation. You will work collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders & have the ability to quickly build rapport & engage with patients doctors nursing staff & all other involved parties. The role includes clinical and operational responsibilities such a supervision of staff coordination of the departments quality improvement projects & as a key adviser on matters relating to rehab Physiotherapy management within the hospital.
