Full Time Traveling Sales Specialist
Supporting the Cincinnati/Dayton markets

Were looking for a seasoned sales/marketing professional with a proven track record of generating and closing qualified leads. As our Sales Specialist youll partner you will be partnering with community Executive Directors and Sr. District Director of Sales to improve occupancy and help many older adults live a better life by choosing Brookdale. Well provide you with the training and support to develop referral sources and bring in new residents. This position can be highly rewarding from both a compensation and community service standpoint. Weve recently increased payout opportunities based on growing occupancy which rewards all commissionable sales associates in a community or selling network. Your responsibilities:
* Assume open sales position at assigned senior living communities
* Work closely with the Executive Director (ED) and Sales and Marketing staff in the development and of the marketing plans in the assigned community or region
* Provide direct selling support to improve sales performance and meet assignment sales expectations
* Develop relationships with qualified referral sources conduct tours with potential residents and their families and close sales
* Establish public relations events to promote goodwill in the community
* Maintain good active relationships with all residents and their families
Required skills and qualifications:
* Must have a strong sales track record
* Two years of upper level sales management experience and/or training
* Assisted Living & Memory Care experience a plus!
* Bachelors Degree from a fouryear college or university
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating environment Microsoft Office and email programs
* Willingness to travel to Brookdale communities within your territory

Base pay in range will be determined by applicants skills and experience. Fulltime associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the companys 401(k) program.
