A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A DRIVER/TRUCK DRIVER
As a Truck Driver you will transport donated goods to any of the Goodwill locations in Summit Portage Medina Ashland and Richland counties; you will properly operate a company vehicle; complete inspections of vehicles on a daily basis; maintain daily trip logs; log accurate road and vehicle information; maintain proper load distributions; conduct through sweeps around trailers; and ensure prompt store service with timely deliveries.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DRIVER/TRUCK DRIVER
- Commercial Drivers License valid driving permit void of any violations
- High Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Do you have excellent driving and mechanical operations skills Do you have excellent written and communication skills Do you have the ability to work independently while at the same time fostering strong team atmosphere Are you reliable Do you have a positive attitude and take pride in your work Are you efficient If so then you might just be perfect for this position!
WORK SCHEDULE
You must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays as required.
