Career Readiness Learning Objectives: Career & Self Development: This position will help students to identify their strengths and weaknesses within the workplace. Once identified students can develop a plan of continual personal growth and professional learning while learning to how to navigate their future career path. Professionalism: This position will help prepare students for their future careers by developing effective work habits learning how to prioritize objectives and learning how to communicate effectively with others. Students will also learn the importance of attention to detail dependability accountability and being prepared. Student worker will assist in the following: Student file maintenance and organization Preparation of field experience and student teaching packets for students and supervisors Data collection and tabulation using Excel Preparation of meeting materials for monthly faculty meetings and other departmental events Preparation of materials for PDE Major Program Review Assist the faculty with course materials and online research Serve as SOE receptionist

Required Qualifications
Must be proficient in database management (Excel) and MS Word. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Because of the confidential nature of the files and information School of Education students cannot apply for this position.
