Job Description
Drive all aspects of the sales strategy revenue targets and growth for our companys largest corporate accounts. Foster and build executive customer relationships. Ideal candidates will be located within the territory which is the Midwest.Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Develop and implement mid to longterm 35 years) sales strategies for our companys largest corporate accounts ensuring alignment with the companys overarching objectives
Create and execute client retention and growth plans for the assigned major corporate account focusing on building profitable and sustainable executive business relationships
Foster and sustain close relationships with Csuite executives influencing innovative approaches to propel sales growth and shape the clients forwardthinking initiatives
Ensure the major corporate account receives highquality customer service by overseeing the prompt and proactive resolution of any issues ensuring our company addresses and resolves them effectively
Collaborate with Csuite executive leaders in decisionmaking processes actively identifying risks and developing proactive strategies to mitigate them
Utilize financial expertise to analyze and forecast client needs providing valuable insights for strategic planning and ensuring alignment with revenue objectives
Lead the companys presence at trade shows and industry events playing a key role in elevating the brand and establishing meaningful connections with existing and potential clients
Qualifications
Bachelors Related Field required
Masters Business Administration/Management preferred
8 Years of Sales or Home Building and/or Residential Construction Industry or related experience required
4 Years Demonstrated experience in selling to executives showcasing an understanding of their unique needs and priorities required
Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis

Demonstrate exceptional influencing skills able to inspire and drive innovative approaches that propel sales growth and shape forwardthinking initiatives to an executive audience.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate seamlessly across various functions of the business ensuring a cohesive and streamlined of sales initiatives.
Possess executive public speaking skills enabling the effective articulation of ideas value propositions and solutions in a compelling and engaging manner.
Embrace a collaborative mindset fostering teamwork and partnership across departments to achieve common sales goals and enhance overall business success.
Advanced knowledge of Home Building and/or Residential Construction products software automation and service solutions.
Additional Requirements
Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance required.
70 Travel required 23 weeks per month nationwide.
Physical Demands
Must be able to traverse all areas of construction sites or manufacturing plants in all types of weather. Site visits may include: walking standing climbing for extended periods on uneven surfaces. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
