About the Job
As a Seasonal Property Maintenance you area good teammate dont mind getting dirty at an outdoor job andalways work in the safest manner will help to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required. We will provide all necessary training and safety equipment and for the right person opportunity for career growth and movement within the company.
Based out of our Owen Sound location.
What Youll Be Doing
- Maintaining the properties Walker owns across the Grey Bruce region
- Mowing the lawn planting gardening landscaping and snow removal.
- Working outdoors in all elements and weather
- Experience with riding lawnmowers trimmers and power tools an asset.
- Performs general housekeeping duties painting general repairs and preventative and corrective maintenance such as minor repairs on facility equipment and systems.
- Work in a safe manner
- Travelling between sites in the GreyBruce Region
- Keep environmental safety in high regard
Heres What You Need
- 18 years of age is a minimum requirement
- Demonstrated repair and maintenance skills strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge and prior use of power tools
- G Drivers License and your own vehicle
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- A minimum of 1 years experience in facility or property maintenance is considered an asset but not required
- WHIMS and Working at Heights training preferred but not required
