You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA Brooklynbased outpatient mental health clinic is hiring an LCSW Clinical Supervisor for a hybrid parttime or fulltime role with flexible hours. The supervisor will provide weekly individual and group supervision to Masterslevel clinicians and interns maintain a client caseload ensure documentation meets OMH standards and support risk assessment and crisis intervention.
Responsibilities Include:
Clinical Supervision:
Provide weekly individual and group supervision to Masterslevel clinicians and interns.
Offer guidance and support to clinical staff in the assessment and treatment of clients.
Client Caseload Management:
Maintain a manageable caseload of clients while adhering to treatment plans.
Ensure all documentation meets OMH standards including progress notes and treatment plans.
Risk Assessment & Crisis Intervention:
Support staff in conducting risk assessments and provide guidance on crisis intervention.
Oversee and provide supervision for complex or highrisk cases.
Training & Development:
Ensure staff and interns receive necessary clinical training and professional development.
Stay uptodate with clinical best practices and provide continuous learning opportunities for the team.
Ideal Qualifications:
Active New York LCSW license.
At least one year of clinical supervisory experience or open to training for supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of the DSM5 and clinical best practices.
Excellent writing diagnostic and organizational skills.
Spanish fluency and SIFI certification are a plus.
Experience working with young children is a plus.
Availability to work some evening and Saturday hours.
