Your Role
Respond quickly and professionally to Internet inquiriescreate connection build trust and move the sale forward
Guide online shoppers through a seamless digitaltoinstore experience
Maintain followup through phone text email and video
Provide transparent informative presentations of new and preowned vehicles
Collaborate with management and BDC to maximize every opportunity
Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For
Prior success in Internet or BDCbased automotive sales
Strong digital communication skills: email texting platforms and CRM usage
Familiarity with VinSolutions CRM (preferred)
High energy selfmotivated and proactive approach
A clean driving record and valid drivers license
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
