Job Description

Our busy law office is growing and we need a legal case manager to work alongside attorneys and achieve our clients goals. Our ideal candidate will have experience in case management as a paralegal or legal assistant and is skilled in drafting documents managing case files and conducting legal research. We need someone who is an effective communicator incredibly organized and selfmotivated. Our case managers play an essential role in ensuring that our clients goals are met.   • Assist family law clients with pro bono and limitedscope projects including drafting pleadings motions briefs and discovery requests/responses
  • Participate in accountability meetings with other interns and document preparation sessions for community outreach
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
  • Manage deadlines and complete tasks efficiently while following firm guidelines and protocols
  • This position is only available to law school students who are Arizona Supreme Court Rule 39(c)4 eligible
  • All applicants must be a 2L or 3L at an accredited school of law
  • Strong legal research writing and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative fastpaced environment
