Team Leader Customer Service & Admin Operations @ KONE

Job Description:KONE is looking for a Team Leader for the CS&A Ops department. This position is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to drive change.

Your Role:As a Team Leader at KONE you will be responsible for:

  • Administrative managementof KONE construction sites and invoice management.
  • Collaborationthroughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing interactionswith internal clients for reporting.
  • Coordinationwith project supervisors.
  • Improving proceduresand identifying efficiency gains.
  • Taking initiativeand proposing innovative solutions to improve service and workflow.
  • Monitoring and managingteam performance ensuring KPI compliance.
  • Using customer service datato identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliancewith company policies and global processes.
  • Managing team operationswithin budget while ensuring efficiency.
  • Implementing and overseeingnew tools processes and systems to optimize team performance.

People Management:

  • Setting goals and creatingpersonal development plansandindividual development plansfor team members.
  • Promotingskill development ensuring continuous improvement of competencies.
  • Creating acollaborative environmentthat encourages information sharing and teamwork.
  • Ensuring theintegration and trainingof competent new members.
  • Fostering apositive work cultureto enhance employee engagement.

Client Management:

  • Ensuringeffective complaint management guaranteeing prompt responses and followups.
  • Improving the customer experience by adopting acustomercentric approachwithin the team.

What You Bring:

  • Provenleadership experience you know how to guide support and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in French Dutch and English these languages are essential for this position.
  • Technical expertise experience with SAP Salesforce and strong general IT skills.
  • Multitasking skills you can manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Changeready mindset you embrace transformation and drive continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail and quick .
  • Experience in administration invoicing and order management.
