Are you a licensed passionate Barber with a talent for teaching Do you want to inspire the next generation of Barbers and share your skills in a dynamic learning environment Paul Mitchell The School Tampa is seeking a passionate and experienced Barber Instructor to inspire and educate our Future Professionals. Our 12000squarefoot facility offers a dynamic learning environment where creativity and talent thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive instruction in barbering techniques and theory.
- Oversee guest services on the Clinic Classroom
Mentor students to achieve excellence in their craft in the classroom.
Prepare students for state licensing examinations
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of Barber experience and experience with Paul Mitchell products. This position requires experience in positive and effective communication soft skills professional development skills and teamwork. The candidate must also have a great work ethic and a willingness to grow.
Requirements:
Current Florida Barber Instructor License
Minimum of 2 years of barbering experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for teaching and helping others grow
Patience professionalism and a positive attitude
