Job Description
Barker Jackson at Canton Marketplace and Barker-Jackson at Sandy Plains is looking for barbers to join our team. Our very busy shops are in high foot traffic areas and are great for walk-ins. We also offer appointments if that is a better fit. Our ideal candidate is attentive ambitious and hard-working. This is a commission based position that offers benefits. We offer very competitive pay at 65% to the barber plus all of the excellent tips are to you!
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with services such as cuts shapes trims and hair styling
- Maintain a clean work station with sterile tools
- Analyze and suggest treatments if hair problems arise
- Resolve client complaints in an appropriate manner
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barber
- Current state license
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of current trends and styles
