Receptionist & Medical Records Clerk
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Receptionist & Medical Records Clerk. As part of our frontline reception staff you will provide a welcoming environment for our clients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fastpaced healthcare office.

Key Responsibilities:
As a receptionist you will greet clients answer phone calls assist with appointment scheduling and handle client inquiries. You will also support office duties such as voicemail retrieval document completion and intake data entry. Your role as a receptionist is key in maintaining a smooth and efficient front desk operation.
In addition to your receptionist duties you will manage medical records by ensuring that client information is updated accurately and securely. Youll be responsible for maintaining proper filing systems for all medical records and ensuring compliance with privacy standards. Youll also assist in managing client intake processes insurance billing and community outreach. Maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all interactions and documentation is critical.
Qualifications:
3 years experience as a receptionist in healthcare or a related field or a relevant college degree
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in MS Office Excel and scheduling software
Able to work inoffice Monday & Wednesday 11am8pm Tuesday & Thursday 9am6pm and Friday 8:30am4pm
