Salesforce Inc. seeks Lead Software Engineer in San Francisco CA:
Job Duties: Work closely with a dedicated team of machine learning professionals on a wide range of problems including forecasting significant business metrics such as sales and capacity churn and propensity modeling to retain and grow our customer base clustering and classification using both structured and unstructured data. Help create highvisibility data products and decisionmaking tools for Salesforces leaders. Lead the charge on taking our core products to the next level in terms of engineering maturity and architecture. Refine and develop new data science products workflows tools and automation. Build tools to monitor data pipeline performance data quality and models in production. Establish best practices with coding standards workflows tools and product automation. Review and maintain existing toolset and codebase (pipelines models algorithms); continue to improve existing tools and build new ones. Scale the operations of the data science team by building automation and libraries. ^HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street 415 Mission Street and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and four 4 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science Engineering (any field).
Special Skill Requirements: 1 Python; 2 SQL; 3 PyTorch; 4 Tensorflow; 5 Deep Learning; 6 Machine learning; 7 Numpy; 8 Pandas; 9 Optimization Theory; 10 Probability Theory and Statistics; and 11 Linear Algebra. Any suitable combination of education training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $184000.00 $276100.00 per annum.
