Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
- Current Montana Physical Therapy Assistant License required.
- Current BLS or ability to obtain within six 6 months of hire.
- Minimum one 1 year experience preferred.
- Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook email as well as previous knowledge of medical software such as Electronic Medical Records.
- Proven problemsolving analytical skills and organizational/time management skills required.
- Commitment to communicate effectively and maintain cooperative relationships with providers staff members and patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Job Specific Duties:
- Assists with implementation and follow through of individualized patient treatment plans as set forth by the Physical Therapy/Director.
- Adapts and progresses treatment program as appropriate and within scope of practice to achieve goals and expected outcomes. Performs patient treatments according to established therapy standards and department policies and procedures.
- Daily charting reflects therapy units billed and time frames associated with patient care.
- Communicates professionally and timely any and all concerns that need to be addressed by the Physical Therapist/Rehabilitation Director with other clinical staff. If there is process improvement suggestions notify the Physical Therapy Director.
- Demonstrates an ability to respond to changing workloads and patient conditions by remaining calm making objective assessments prioritizing and asking for assistance when needed.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
