Our opportunity:
We are looking for a highimpact Sr. Pricing Strategy Manager to drive the evolution of our monetization strategy. This role will play a critical part in developing optimizing and Implementing pricing strategies and models for broad scale monetization effort and new product introductions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking analytical rigor and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS monetization.
This person will be responsible for defining and implementing datadriven pricing frameworks that maximize revenue growth enhance customer adoption and simplify the buying motion. The role requires crossfunctional collaboration across Product Sales Finance Deal desk and GTM teams to operationalize scalable pricing models.
You will make an impact by being responsible for:
Developing and refining pricing and packaging strategies for new product introductions
Leading quantitative and qualitative analysis to validate hypothesis competitive positioning and willingness to pay driving databacked pricing recommendations
Driving alignment across Sales Finance and Product teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with key stakeholders
Implementing scalable pricing operations including discounting frameworks deal desk collaboration and sales enablement
Monitoring and iterating pricing performance through financial modelling KPI tracking and customer insights ensuring ongoing optimization based on market feedback
Leading executivelevel discussions on pricing strategy business cases and longterm monetization roadmaps providing databacked recommendations for strategic pricing decisions
You will be a great fit if you have:
6 years experience in B2B SaaS pricing and monetization with a track record of designing and implementing successful pricing strategies at scale
Deep expertise in pricing analytics financial modelling and market research with the ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing insights
Management consulting experience (preferably in pricing strategy) or prior experience in pricing functions within highgrowth SaaS companies
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders aligning crossfunctional teams around pricing decisions
Experience optimizing usagebased tiered and valuebased pricing models with a focus on customer adoption and ARR expansion
Ability to balance strategic thinking with ensuring pricing strategies translate into scalable operations
Proficiency in financial modelling Excel SFDC or BI tools etc.
