Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Help the Digital and Technology team maintain its key role of being a valued and trusted technology partner to the business through customer service focused monitoring and task for the applications processes and hardware tied to the core operations platforms and applications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Process Monitoring and Support
- Ensure all preprocessing jobprocessing and postprocessing deadlines are met. Completes all logs and reports necessary for effective operations. Communicates pertinent information to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Responsible for quality assurance steps on all processing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness. For example monitors processing jobs (directly or using serverbased 3rd party monitoring tools) to ensure all steps are executed abnormal job terminations are handled in a timely manner and print output is readable and delivered.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of the various schedules and checklists required to maintain timely processing with a focus on efficiencies gained through automation of tasks using job scheduler applications and tools and makes recommendations for improved and increased efficiency in the department.
- Monitor the status of the credit unions core banking platforms and integrated solutions which require 24x7x365 availability. Participate in an oncall rotation within the Core Processing Operations team. Troubleshoots and resolves routine problems and escalates more complex problems.
- Assist with the investigation of problems with installed software through testing and working with the appropriate vendors.
Testing and Implementation
- Test new backoffice routines and assist with the creation or modifications to implementation procedures and documentation.
- Assist with the patch management process and loads patches as needed when ready.
- Assist with the release implementation processes for the platforms supported by the Core Processing Operations team.
- Work closely with multiple Wings teams for application integration and support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years related financial institution experience and/or specialized information system training preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with core banking mainframe technology is desired.
- Knowledge and experience working with enterprise scheduling tools (OpCon) managed file transfer solutions (Axway) and ITSM solution use and administration is desired.
- Very strong customer focus and relationship skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
- General office skills.
- PC proficiency ability to navigate through windowsbased programs.
- Willingness to pursue further education in meeting business needs with business and technology needs.

Pay Range:$27$34 per hour plus 10 annual target bonus. The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other jobrelated reasons.
