Job Description
The Quality Assurance Specialistin Monroe NC. ensures every yard of material produced or received byAdvancedDigitalTextiles (ADT)meets our strict quality and customerspecification standards before it moves to cutting sewing or shipment. You will visually inspect printed and greige goods document findings in our Airtablebased QMS package and label approved rolls and collaborate with print operators and the cutandsew team to resolve issues quickly.Key Responsibilities
Apply customerspecific criteria to assign grades and accept/reject lots.
Flag urgent issues to Print Room Leads and the Production Scheduler to minimize downstream delays.
Qualifications
- Experience 2years in textile or apparel quality inspection; digital print experience highly preferred.
- Technical Skills Familiarity with AATCC & ASTM inspection methods and MicrosoftExcel or Airtable for data entry.
- Language Bilingual (English/Spanish) optimal.
- Vision & Dexterity Excellent visual acuity and ability to pass a colorvision test; capable of lifting/turning rolls up to 50lb.23kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Communication Clear verbal and written skills to document issues and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Teamoriented mindset with flexibility to assist where needed in a fastpaced environment
- Production floor with variable temperature and humidity (not climatecontrolled); moderate noise from printers and sewing equipment
- Standard hours:MondayFriday 8:00AM4:30PM with overtime as workload requires
