Position Summary
HeyGen is seeking a strategic and driven Renewals Lead to take ownership of our customer renewal lifecycle and drive longterm retention. In this fulltime role you will lead the endtoend renewal process for our enterprise customer base ensuring a valuedriven experience that keeps users engaged and invested in HeyGens AI video platform. Youll partner closely with Marketing Sales and RevOps to proactively manage retention risk optimize renewal workflows and uncover expansion opportunities.
This role is based in our Los Angeles or San Francisco office.

Salary Range: $150000 to $165000 annually
