Job Description

The Role:

  • Fulltime Physics Teacher to join a highly successful and innovative Science Department.
  • Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons from KS3 to ALevel.
  • Develop and implement cuttingedge teaching strategies incorporating technology and practical experiments.
  • Contribute to the schools STEM initiatives fostering a passion for Physics among students.
  • Mentor and support students in their academic pursuits including university applications.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A passionate and innovative Physics specialist with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the Physics curriculum at all key stages.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies incorporating technology and practical experiments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Physics or a related field.
  • Significant experience teaching Physics at KS3 KS4 and KS5.
  • Knowledge of current assessment practices and curriculum developments.
  • Right to work in the UK.
