Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Overview We re looking for a highperforming Senior Marketing Manager to take charge of marketing efforts across a portfolio of five businesses with a primary focus on our flagship brand a fastgrowing selfstorage company with properties across the Midwest. This is a strategic and handson role that blends planning and leadership. You ll own the marketing function from refining our current marketing plan and developing budgets to executing highimpact campaigns and building out future support. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment and wants to grow into a Directorlevel role as our team scales. Note: This is a fulltime exclusive position. Candidates may not engage in side consulting or freelance work.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute marketing initiatives across five businesses (storage construction steel buildings customized doors and apparel) with a primary focus on the selfstorage brand.
- Review refine and execute the existing marketing plan; develop comprehensive marketing budgets and future plans.
- Run and optimize digital campaigns with handson management of Google Ads Meta Ads and other paid channels.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that boost local visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Strategize and execute campaigns (online and ontheground) including local events product launches and guerrilla marketing.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Use tools like Asana or Notion to manage tasks and collaborate with internal team members.
- Report on key KPIs and campaign performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Identify support needs and delegate or hire additional help as necessary (we re open to growing the team).
- Collaborate with our existing content creator and support general marketing duties as needed.
MustHave Qualifications - 5 years in a senior marketing role ideally supporting multiple brands or business units.
- Handson experience running Google and Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and strategy.
- Proven ability to create and manage strategic marketing plans and budgets.
- Experience with campaign development from ideation through and performance tracking.
- Strategic thinker who s also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute.
- Familiar with tools like Asana Notion or similar for team collaboration.
- Exceptional communication organization and leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of marketing initiatives.
NicetoHave Qualifications - Experience in propertybased construction or service industries.
- Familiarity with guerrilla or event marketing tactics.
- Light content creation or video editing capabilities.
- Experience working in or managing remote/distributed teams.
