Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join us in our Borehamwood office Parttime. The purpose of the role is to undertake all reception and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
What we need from you:
- Greeting visitors and help them with navigation through the office.
- Provide a great customer service face to face and over the telephone.
- Supply refreshments to visitors as and when required.
- Maintain calendars for appointments.
- Sort through the mail.
- Plan travel arrangements.
- Provide front of house support to all offices.
- Maintain a professional working environment for front of house.
What you will need to be successful:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist front office representative or similar role.
- Hands on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Be able to multitask and show great time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
