Position: Tier 1 Technical/Customer Support
Working Hours: FullTime Mon Fri 6:00 am 3:00 pm EST 1 hr lunch break)
Holidays: US Holidays
Salary: $1000 to $1500 /month (depending on interview and clients approval)
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional & empathetic support to our customers through email live chat and phone
- Leverage resources to navigate troubleshoot escalate and solve customer concerns and system issues while actively maintaining timeline expectations
- Skillfully balance time between competing priorities assisting customers troubleshooting issues & working on projects
- Work crossfunctionally and communicate clearly to help drive product and process improvements across teams knowledgebase resources and more
- Think outside of the box to develop creative support solutions that best serve our customers and their needs

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience at a Software ideally SAAS company in a Customer Support related role
- English fluency is a must Good written and verbal communication skills
- Phone & written communication experience is a must
- Familiarity with Slack or a similar tool is required
- Familiarity with Notion and Zendesk is a (Plus)
