Job Description
Atmen is seeking a highly motivated and selfdriven individual to join our journey as early stage technology company. As a Product Designer you will elevate the design state of our products to create irresistible productlove for our customers. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fastpaced and dynamic environment is passionate about our mission and can take ownership of their work.
Tasks
Your mission: Create productlove for a much hated topic: certification. Demonstrate the business value of design by crafting an exceptional user experience.
As a Product Designer you will work closely with our chief product officer Erika! and our engineering team to build scalable elegant solutions. We are an early stage company where you will have a chance to significantly contribute to the overall product and design direction. Your main responsibilities are to:
- Develop and maintain our internal design system (based on Material Design)
- Create flows prototypes and highfidelity visuals for our suite of products
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Come up with features and improvements to our products
- Work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure a highquality implementation
- Help with establishing a design culture within the company as we grow
- Champion bestinclass software design and development processes
- Bring our brand to life through allcustomer facing touch points : not only within our products but also for all customer facing materials (and yes also print materials).
Requirements
- 35 years Demonstrated experience designing both UX and UI for SaaS products
- Passion for design and figuring out bestinclass solutions to UX UI and interaction challenges
- Ability to think through complex interaction design
- Expressing ideas through visuals and prototyping (Atmen uses Figma)
- Willingness to step outside of pure product UX/UI to support with brand and marketing design.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with others.
- Hunger to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment. A proactive cando mindset with a strong sense of curiosity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal (English is company language)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Experience with designing in Webflow (our websites CMS)
- Experience in working in a fastpaced environment

- Related domain expertise: energy certification sustainability innovation in regulated spaces
Job requirements
- Availability: FullTime / PartTime
- Valid working permit in Germany
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to regularly work in from our office in Munich Germany.
