The company is looking for a Lead Development Representative based in Barcelona to be responsible for validating incoming leads and scheduling appointments. You will be contributing to the success of the company and have great development possibilities.
Tasks
- Work autonomously and use initiative for daytoday tasks aligning with strategic guidance
- Validate and allocate incoming requests
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to respond and qualify (warm) leads
- Allocate incoming leads as opportunities for timely followup
- Update and maintain accurately
- Receive guidance and coaching from the manager for task recommendations and assignments
Requirements
- Native level of Dutch
- Full Professional level of English
- Experience in a targetdriven lead generation environment (preferable)
- Personal characteristics: targetdriven entrepreneurial mindset adaptable selfmotivated emotionally intelligent and businesssavvy
- Strong planning skills prioritization and meeting deadlines
- Effective communication in both verbal and written form
- Building effective internal relationships with key stakeholders
- Resilient under pressure committed to team goals and timely delivery
