Job Description
- Location: Watertown NY 13601
- Shift: 12hr Night; 7PM 7AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2160 $2340
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients.
- Monitor record and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and postdischarge care.
- Follow hospital policies procedures and safety protocols.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required or obtained within 3 months of hire).
- Other:
- Firsttime travelers will NOT be considered.
- Minimum of 1 year recent Coronary Care Unit (CCU) experience (Required)
- Experience in Med/Surg and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
- Must have completed at least 1 prior successful travel RN assignment
- Previous hospital RN experience (Preferred)
- Charge Nurse experience is a plus
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 60mile radius qualify for travel pay.
